The Three Gorges Project is undergoing its key construction and adjustment stage now. According to the regulation of the Yangtze Navigation Authority, passages are not allowed to stop in the dam area during this period. Therefore, during April to June of 2003, all guests will check out of the Yangtze Cruise at Maoping Pier (before the Dam). However the shore excursion to the Dam will still be arranged as the schedule. Although you have only four days on the cruise, Mickey believes that you will enjoy yourselves because the most splendid sceneries of the Yangtze River are concentrated between Chongqing and Maoping.
