Total Skin Electron Irradiation (TSEI) techniques will be discussed. The details of Six-Field modified Stanford technique will be presented. The physical considerations as well as dosimetry and instrumentation for TSEI will be presented. The dose distribution for 6-dual field technique will be reviewed and compared with single field. Calibration of TSEI and concept of “Summed-Dose Factor” will be discussed. An example of dose calculation for TSEI using Summed-Dose Factor will be presented.

本报告主要讲述全皮肤电子线照射（TSEI）技术，将详细介绍改进的斯坦福六野照射技术。还将介绍TSEI技术剂量学、仪器设备和其他物理方面的考虑，比较6个双野技术和单野技术的剂量分布。最后讨论TSEI技术的剂量校准和“累加剂量因子”的概念，并举例说明如何使用“累加剂量因子”进行TSEI的剂量计算。
