            Theory and practice of clinical electron beam dosimetry will be discussed.  The topics will include measurement and specification of beam energy, percent depth dose, isodose curves, beam flatness, field blocking and treatment planning.  Dosimetry of small and irregular fields will be discussed along with the concept of lateral scatter equilibrium and field equivalence.
